Dr. Battley |
Dr. Battley Graduated Auburn University School
of Veterinary Medicine in 1968. Dr. Battley has had extensive
post-graduate training and vast experience in the area of small animal
orthopedics. Dr. Battley especially enjoys training Labrador
Retrievers and has personally trained two Hunter Retriever Champions.
Dr. Battley has participated in training senior veterinary students from
four veterinary schools and has served two sessions as guest surgeon at
Mississippi State University. The Battley family has always included a
mixture of dogs, cats, and birds. |

Walker |
Dr. Walker was born and raised in Pascagoula,
MS. He enjoyed playing baseball and was the second baseman for the
1967 State Baseball Champions at PHS. Dr. Walker attended Auburn
University on a baseball scholarship and it was there he met his wife,
Alice, on a blind date. Dr. Walker graduated Auburn University's
School of Veterinary Medicine in 1974 and began his internship in Orlando,
FL. In June 1974 he accepted a position at Pet Harbor Veterinary
Hospital which turned into a great partnership. Dr. Walker now has two
grown children (Lorrie and Matt) and four wonderful grandchildren.
